Application of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in Community Health Service Center

Objective To summarize the experiences in application of aparoscopic cholecystectomy in community health service center.Methods Totally 471 patients received the laparoscopic cholecystectomy under epidural anesthesia with the three hole method.Results Among all the 471 patients there were 469 whose laparoscopic cholecystectomy was successful,2 who changed to laparotomy during the operation,and 1 got bile leak due to injury of choledoch and cured by laparotomy 24h after the operation,No post operative complication or death case was found.Conclusion It is feasible in community health service center to carry out laparoscopic cholecystectomy as long as the subject is appropriately chosen,surgical skills are well mastered,and the Calot triangle is clearly exposed.
