Abstract

Socialist market economy and the reform of higher education development,the traditional management of college students facing serious challenges.This article analyzes the new situation from the school of external environment,the main students,schools and higher education reform of the current situation,pointing out that college students under the new situation management should foster a people-oriented management philosophy,and actively explore the time required to adapt to college students management,reform and College students Innovate management.
