New status of farmer's identity and rights

Abstract
When constructing the harmonious society and the new socialism countryside, we can never count the farmer's participation out.Therefore we should pay much more attention to the farmer's new status and give farmer fair treatment and rights,but the real situation is that farmers in the entire society are marginalized,which has formed one kind of awkward status.This unfair treatment is the major barrier to constructing harmonious society.
