This paper discusses the relationship between the idempotent completion on the pushouts category of additive category and the pushouts category of the idempotent completion of additive category.What's more,it shows that the idempotent completion on the pushouts category of abelian category is equivalent to the pushouts category of the idempotent completion of abelian category.
