Abstract

To choose what kind of knowledge representation and how to properly express the domain knowledge into engineering knowledge,is a problem that expert system development must consider.This is a disquisition about domain knowledge of power plant boiler.Firstly,it discusses the classification and representation of knowledge,then according to the advantage and disadvantage of all knowledge representation combined with the characteristics of the boiler domain knowledge,chooses produce representation and Frame representation.Finally,the paper gives an example to describe how the domain knowledge into engineering knowledge.
