Speeding up the Construction of University Library to Promote the Process of Harmonious Campus Culture

This paper probes into the connotation of harmonious campus culture of university,points out that the library is an important location and carrier of the harmonious campus culture construction,and advances some problems in and countermeasures for constructing the harmonious campus culture.
