Uncertain aggregator and its application to multiple attribute decision making

Aiming at the uncertain attribute value in alternative evaluation,an uncertain aggregator based on uncertain information is presented.The generalized ordered weighted averaging(GOWA) operator is obtained by combining the ordered weighted averaging(OWA) operator and the generalized mean operator.Based on the GOWA operator,the generalized uncertain ordered weighted averaging(GUOWA) operator is proposed.An uncertain multiple attribute decision making method is presented based on the GUOWA operator.The final example illustrates the method is effective and reasonable.
