Probe into the Management of Foreign Exchange Risk in Transnational Corporations

Abstract

Foreign exchange risks include transaction risk,conversion risk and economic risk.In risk management,we should show our first concern for economic risk,then transaction risk,finally conversion risk.In practice,we should analyze all kinds of ways to avoid risks,choose appropriate methods to avoid risks according to features of different type of foreign exchange risks.
