Abstract
Fragmented QRS( f QRS),as a newly described concept in recent years,plays a vital important role in electrocardiogram field. It has been shown that f QRS on electrocardiogram has significantly diagnostic value in patients with old myocardial infarction. With the deepening of relevant studies,the diagnostic value of f QRS in other cardiovascular fields,such as acute myocardial infarction,non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction,ventricular aneurysm,Brugada syndrome,arrhythmia and cardiac resynchronization therapy,has been recognized gradually. f QRS could also be found in healthy population.
