Abstract

The recent research of legal logic in china takes on a new look.First,the system of legal logic has been made a new progress.Secondly,the type of legal reasoning has been paid more attention,but there are some different viewpoints of it.Thirdly,the special rules of legal reasoning are stressed,but opinions are widely divided.Fourthly,legal argument stands out gradually in legal logic.The meaning,extension,ways and evaluation criterions of legal argument have all been become very important problems focused on.
