The monetary policy that takes interest rate as subject matter is the main lever of national macroeconomic control and the important tool to carry out monetary policy and financial policy. Interest rate policy, measure, exercise and theory are closely related to one another. The discussions and analyses on the interest rate theory and monetary policy in the West will provide with valuable revelations to the implementation of the monetary policy in China.
