Some Thoughts and Countermeasures in Building "Service Government

The key to deepening the reform of public administration system is to transform the government from the traditional control model to that of service. Only through making a government service concept of regarding the people as the basis and administering legally, specifying the governments position under the condition of market economy, building the clients oriented service model and perfecting the performance and results evaluation system can we build a government which is honest and incorruptible, diligent, effective, expedite and responsible.
