Abstract
Heavy oil reservoir was always developed by steam injection wells, but steam injection induced casing damage. A lot of documents were studied at home and abroad, and insufficient current casing stem strength design was pointed out, and it put forward a method to fit steam injection well casing strength design. The stress-strength casing strength design method calculated the load and heat stresses based on the steam injection condition, and checked casing strength data at higher temperature based on experiment.
