Abstract
Microwave digestion was used to digest the tea, inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES) was used to determine copper, iron, zinc, manganese, barium and aluminum in tea.Different digestion solutions, the volume of acids and the digestion quantity of sample were optimized, and the interferience in the determination of barium and aluminium was also discussed. An optimal digestion method was established to carry out the further analysis of tea.The detection limits were in the range of 0.15~0.65 μg·g-1.The recoveries were in the range of 98.6%~106%.The RSDs were in the range of 0.8%~5.3%.The method was simple, fast, effective with low work intensity, which suggests that it's an effective method for multi-element determination of tea.
