On the Economic Functions of the Government

AbstrcatWhat functions does the government have under the condition of socialist market economy and how to bring its functions into full play? That is the important task of economics and politics study. This paper explain in a deep-going and systemic way on how our government gives full scope to its economic functions, such as its macro-economic control, defending market regulations, providing social services and efficient management of state-owned assets at the stage of perfecting socialist market economy system.
