Abstract
The formation of Marx ideology theory has experienced the unceasing reflection,critique and surmounting process.According to the research content and the different emphasis of the Marx ideology theory in the forming process,this article divides it into philosophy critique stage and the political economy critique stage and analyze these two stages so as to clearly understand the developing process of Marx historical materialism.
