Abstract

The reasonable electricity price and heat price are beneficial to the development of cogeneration utilities, the heat price and electricity price are mainly connected with their costs. The analysis and study of cost allocation ratio in the paper come to the following conclusions: the allocation of variable cost should base on the fuel consumption ratio resulted from the thermal method; for the heating load of dual-purpose unit, it is reasonable to compensate it the one third of coal saved in cogeneration; for fixed cost and financial cost, it is feasible to calculate the allocation ratio based on the fuel allocation ratio for the small size cogeneration power plant, it is also reasonable to calculate the allocation ratio lased on the ratio of the investment for heating to the total investment or based on the ratio of the decreased power generation to the rated power generation according to the average extracted steam quantity for heat supply.
