Analysis on the Two Main Current School-running Modes for On-job Physical Graduate’s Education in China

In the process of popularization of the Chinese education,one of the key factors that will block the improvement of quality is the shortage of sufficient qualified teachers.Because of the specific characters on physical major,there is a greater gap between the national requirement and the current situation.In order to release this problem,China introduced a fresh on-going educational mode,namely graduate’s for teachers.The master degree on physical education and on-job physical graduate’s for teachers of university are two main modes of physical graduate’s in China.Taking the methods of document literature conclusion,questionnaire survey and expert interview,this paper analyzes and compares these two school-running modes in different angles.
