Abstract
Firstly, simulated the aerodynamic drag coefficient of standard car by FLUENT,testified the available of numerical simulation and the exactitude of setting parameter.Secondly, established the three-dimensional model in UG and divided it into finite element model, translated it into FLUENT and worked out the aerodynamic drag coefficient of the model by the numerical simulation,on the base, researched the aerodynamic drag coefficient under different angle of profile, back, rear windscreen, bottom corner, and got the relationship between them. The research provides an important theoretical foundation to optimize aerodynamic styling, which can guide the vehicle design.
