Abstract

This article has analyzed the bore hole condition in detail which the gas well drilling forms. When drilling the gas well, the stratum rock stress obtains the full release around the bore hole, and forms the more stress release seam, in addition, the wall rock is dry, and then it hasn't the filter cake protection, when the gas well drilling completed, the drilling fluid enter into formation to cause many kinds of down hole accidents. Based on the down hole accidents, the drilling fluid optimization formula and the scene processing technology of the gas drilling transformation into convention drilling were proposed, and through field tests of many wells, it reduced the down hole accidents and shortened the restore cycle of conventional well drilling.
