Abstract

The formulation and implementation of scientific and effective strategies are crucial to economic development.After summing up 20-year experience of China in socialist economic construction,Deng Xiaoping proposed that Open-up policy be carried out for driving force,priority be given to science and education,and stress be laid on rule of law for legal guarantee,which together form Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on economic development strategy.
