Research on Ability of Technological Innovation for Enterprises in Lu'an

Based on investigation,the paper analyzes the current situation of ability of technological innovation for enterprises in Lu'an,and reveals they should emphasize on the following five aspects:lack of RD institution;lower conversion ratio of technological achievement;lagging construction of public technology platform;heavy drain of talented technological people;unsound advancement system of enterprises' technology.So it can put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for enterprises: establishing conception of technological innovation;enhancing cooperation with research institutions and universities;improving advancement system of enterprises' technology;strengthening team construction of technological innovation;building up good environment of technological innovation.
