Therapeutic Effect of the Internal Fixation on Calcaneus Intraarticular Fractures

Abstract

Objective: To summarize the clinical experience of the internal fixation on calcaneus intraarticular fractures. Method: The clinical data of 42 patients with calcaneus intraarticular fractures were treated by internal fixation were analyzed retrospectively. Results: All patients were followed up for 2 years postoperatively. According to AOFAS evaluation standard,the rate of being excellent and fine achieved 95%. Conclusions: Internal fixation should be the first choice for calcaneus intraarticular fractures.
