Housing problem is not only an economic problem,but also a livelihood issue. At this stage,the housing price is too high and rises too quickly which increases the degree of difficulty of solving the housing problem through market. The housing welfare problem becomes the social focus. The theme of the 10th China Urban Residential Seminar was Sustainable Urban Development and the Forum of Housing Construction. Nowadays there are still some problems exiting in our housing construction area,so putting forward choices of mode and policies to improve our housing system on the basis of international experience and pinpointing the future trend are our urgent task.
