Abstract
Objective:To investigate the infection conditions of Chlamydia Trachomatis in the women who were suffering from cervicitis. Methods:Using Fluorescent quantitative chain reaction technology to examine the infection conditions of Chlamydia Trachomatis among 426 women who were infected with cervicitis. Results:In above 426 samples,60 were Chlamydia Trachmatis positive, with the rate of 14.08%(60/426).Conclusions:The infection rate of Chlamydia Trachomatis in the women who were suffering from cervicitis is relatively high.
