Abstract
Objective To explore clinical analysis of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients salvage treatment experience.Methods A retrospective analysis from 2008 January to 2010 January with 50 cases hospitalized patients organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Results 50 cases of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients,49 cases successful rescue,cured,1 patients with the discovery of respiratory failure death.Conclusion The emergency rescue in the process of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients with early,correct,complete,and the reasonable application for atropine gastric lavage,pay attention to improve cure patients with diet is vital role.
