Abstract

Experimental teaching plays an important role in cultivating new type of medical talents at medical colleges;the experiment technician is the main participants in the experiment teaching.From positions' characteristics of experiment technician in medical colleges,this paper puts forward suggestions on how to improve the ideological and professional quality of experiment technician.
