Application of Embedded Training in Air-to-Ground Combat Training

Abstract

Air-to-ground guidance weapons are the main weapons for modern air force to attack ground targets,but in the field of air-to-ground guidance weapon combat training,currently there existed some shortages in the two training methods(including real equipment training and ground simulator).Embedded Training can combine the advantages of real equipment with ground simulator,and fill the gaps between the two kinds of training methods.The basic concept and research situation of embedded training were introduced,the architecture and the concept of embedded air-to-ground combat training were proposed,and some key issues of applying embedded training technology into the field of air-to-ground guidance combat training were discussed.Study results showed that the embedded training technology can significantly improve the effectiveness of air-to-ground guidance weapon training,and it is the main development direction of the training methods in the area of combat training.
