Abstract
The ECU scheme of processing the task with multiple C8051F500 8-bit microprocessors was put forward and then the hardware and software of multi-processor ECU were designed. With the method of bus isolation and circuit priority, the shared-memory problem of multi-processor was solved.Under the help of two-stage PWM current-limiting driving circuit, the driving speed and waveform were effectively improved.Based on the method of module design, the software of ECU was designed. The driving quality and the control effects of injection timing and injection delay for ECU were tested on the pump bench. The results show that the designed driving circuit has fast response, high control accuracy and stable performance.
