A Study of Online Public Opinion and its Collection,Analysis and Guidance

Abstract

This paper,from the perspective of grasping the initiative of online public opinion,conducts a study of collection,analysis and guidance of online public opinion.To collect online public opinion,one should have a good command of the way how the opinion is formed along with a clear understanding of the existing space of online public opinion.To analyze online public opinion,one should have a good knowledge of social ideology and complicated situations of the society.To guide online public opinion,one should complete such basic work as information release.
