Abstract
The chlorophyll fluorescence is the probe of photosynthesis energy conversion.The chlorophyll fluorescence analysis has the merits of accurate measurement,rapid result and keen response.In the present study,we measured the restoration situation of Fv/Fm in 80 minutes in order to research the photoinhibition phenomenon of sun plants and shade plants.The result indicated that the Fv/Fm activity of sun plants could nearly restore in 40 minutes,but shade plants couldn′t restore even if in 80 minutes.
