Abstract
The most effective stock-based incentive objects are those capital holders who can influence the residual profits to the maximum degree. For firms with different technology, different degree of labour division and different cooperative beliefs, the key capital to influence the residual profits is different. Thus the study on stock motivation is based on the effective identification of the key capitals,so as to make these capital holders the motivation objects. This paper proposes that there are three kinds of selection modes for motivation objects,e.g.motivation on the managers with key managerial skill, motivation on technology worker with key technology skill, and motivation on the leader in organization who can build shared cooperative beliefs.
