Emphasis on Fundamental Principle and Measures of Scientific Control towards Main Pests and Diseases of Rice

Rice is one of the most important grain crops,whose planting area and pesticide dosage to control pests and diseases are both the largest in China.According to the severe occurrence condition of main pests and diseases of rice recently,new occurrence characteristic and frequent occurrence reasons of rice pests and diseases were analyzed,scientific control fundamental principle and measures were suggested.
