Abstract

With the popularization of handsets in our country and the rapid development of short note service, various new problems relating to handset short notes have arisen. From the angle of protecting the copyright of handset short note, this paper analyzes the substantial features of handset short notes, their value and feasibility, ways to protect the copyright of handset short note, and then makes a preliminary conclusion that the copyright of certain handset short notes shall be protected by means of many kinds of effective measures.
