Abstract

The disorder of blood glucose,insulin,C-peptide,glicentin and growth hormone release inhibiting hormone in acute pancreatitis indicate the endocrine hormone parasecretion caused by the destroyed endocrine cell because of acute inflammation. To monitoring the level of endocrine hormone can judge the pancetic island′s endocrine function and severity of cytoclasis.
