Abstract
Objective To investigate the continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD)with peritonitis. Methods 60 patients of CAPD with peritonitis carry on overall care and common complication of care. Results 60 cases of peritonitis, 4 cases have been successfully in kidney transplantation; three cases of pulmonary infection died. Conclusions The incidence of CAPD with peritonitis related with poor drainage, tube blockage, catheter exit infection, nutrition and other factors, The overall nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of CAP with peritonitis.
