Abstract

In the early stage of bottom water reservoir development,the energy is sufficient,but waterflood response quickly,water-free production period is short and have a high exploit risk,to improve stabilizing production and controlling water efficiency,it is necessary to know the reason of botttom reservoir water cut increase.Analysed the compact layer's distribution and cause of formation which above the oilwater interface,integrated with production data to analyse the develop influence made by oil thickness and perforation degree.Then,analsyed the effect that compact layer on the water cut increase in bottom water reservoir,deduce water influx computing method in bottom water reservoir with compact layer,summarized the influence factor of effect which the compact layer resist the bottom water coning.Conclude that the compact layer can block the bottom water coning and good for well productivity,but the block effect deponds on the layer's distribution and physical property.
