Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture and medicine combination treatment on ischemic stroke. Methods: 60 patients met the inclusion criteria of ischemic stroke were divided into the treatment group and control group randomly, 30 cases each group. Basic treatment of Western medicine applied in both groups, meanwhile Acupuncture combine Shu Xue Ning treatment applied in treatment group as additional. Observed the the clinical therapeutic effect and evaluate the patients' activity of daily living, then compared the different in both groups. Result: The effective rate was better in the treatment group compared with the control group(P0.05) and the activity of daily living score increased obviously(P0.01). Conclusion: The clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture and medicine combination treatment on ischemic stroke is better than eastern medicine singly.
