Clincal Experience of Professor Shiwei Treating Chronic Renal Failure Based on Overall Analysis of Symptoms and Signs of Spleen and Kidney

Objective:The clincal experience of Professor SHI Wei treating chronic renal failure based on the overall analysis of symptoms and signs of spleen and kidney was introduced.Method:In the learning process by following Professor SHI,arranging and inducing the clinical experience,the thought method and summarizing the experience of treating chronic renal failure based on the overall analysis of symptoms and signs of spleen and kidney were important.Results:Before treating chronic kidney failure,Professor SHI divides the right symptoms and signs for the diagnosis and treatment in TCM,which mainly manifests as the deficiency of yang or yin of kidney,the deficiency of qi and yin of spleen and kidney,the cooperate in incoordination between stomach and spleen,the internal accumulation of dampness,turbidity and damp-toxin,blockage of meridians for blood stasis.Conclusion:The effect of Professor Shiwei treating chronic renal failure based on the overall analysis of symptoms and signs of spleen and kidney is remarkable,its clinical experience is worth of discussing and studying.
