The Flaw and Innovation of Sports Industrial Capital Market System in China

Applying documentary and logical analysis methods,this paper did a research on the flaw and system innovation of sports industrial capital market system in China.The analysis result indicated that sports industrial capital market develops in the standard and standardizes in the development,however,questions are also massively exposed.The sports production market competes disorderly,the essential factor market flows disorderly,administrative strength is offsided and dislocated and legal system lags behind,which is the direct factor of creating sports industrial capital market,but the root lies in the chaotic property right,the good faith tradition flaw and the system of ownership discrimination.To solve these problems and realize sustainable,healthy and rapid development of sports industry economy,a new turn of system innovation has to be carried on including sports industry property right system innovation,capital market movement mechanism innovation,capital market supervising and managing system innovation as well as capital market structure function innovation.
