Abstract

This paper elaborates the development of bibliometrics in China,taking that it has undergone three stage: introduction stage、popularization stage and all-around development stage. This paper makes a statistical study of the research papers in China for nearly 30 years on the subject of bibliometrics about their quantities,themes,authors and journals. Thus,the research focus in this field,the core author and the core journal are revealed.
