Abstract

Tainingwei,as a Jimiwei(a place where people live and stay) of Ming Dynasty led a nomadic life with its economy depending on Ming Dynasty.Later,it gradually developed diversified economy such as stockbreeding,agriculture,handycraft industry and fishing,etc.No matter what happened to the populace of Tainingwei,Ming Dynasty treated it as its subordinate and supported it economically,which at last led to its own passivity.
