The effect observation of rabeprazole triple therapy in helicobacter pylori-associated peptic ulcer

Objective To observe the effect of rabeprazole triple therapy in helicobacter pylori(Hp) -associated peptic ulcer.Methods 60 cases patients with Hp-associated peptic ulcer were randomly divided into rabeprazole group(35 cases) and omeprazole group(25 cases) .Rabeprazole group were given rabeprazole 10mg,clarithromycin 500mg,metronidazole 400mg,all twice a day;Omeprazole group were given omeprazole 20mg,clarithromycin 500mg,metronidazole 400mg,all twice a day.Compared the total effective,Hp eradication rate and ulcer healing rates of two groups.Results The total effective rate and Hp eradication rate of two groups were no significant difference(P0.05) .Ulcer healing rate of rabeprazole group(91.4%) was higher than that of omeprazole group(64.0%) ,the difference was statistically significant(P0.01) .Conclusion Rabeprazole triple therapy can relieve the symptom of peptic ulcer,the ulcer healing rate and Hp clearance rate is high.
