Abstract

This paper introduces the FANUC welding robot system in the application of Chery car frame welding.The control system hardware block diagram,instruction,welding,welding parameter setting and system advantages are described from the FANUC arc welding robot.With the use of arc welding robot to weld the frame,to improve the welding quality,stability,efficiency,and to creat conditions for arc welding on the human body injury prevention.With the Application of arc welding robot in welding field,greatly promoted the development of welding automation technology.
