The Error of the Note of "科学"(Science) in Great Dictionary of Chinese

This article examines the problem whether the term kexue(science) has appeared in Chinese literatures before western culture spreading in the east. The author finds that,the view that CHEN Liang in the Southern Song Dynasty has used the word kexue in his article in lemma science of Great Dictionary of Chinese or some scholars' articles is mistaken.
