Abstract

The scientific concept of development is mainly based on the theory of historical materialism and Marxism-Leninism and the three generations of our party leaders on the development of socialist ideas.The scientific concept of development comes from both international and domestic background.To implement the scientific development concept,we must change our concepts,face the reality,and solve problems in the development.
