Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of CTA in the treatment of ruptured intracranial aneurysms. Methods A total of 22 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) received the examination of 64-row CTA,the shape, size and location of the aneurysms were defined. Results Nineteen aneurysms were clipped on the basis of 64-row CTA images, such as shape, dimension and location of the aneurysms, the parent artery and the ratio of sac to neck, which could assist in finding the operation angle. Conclusion CTA is the first choice of examination for ruptured intracranial aneurysms.
