Abstract
Rare-earths complex of Eu3+ and Tb3+ ions with nitrogen heterocycle were synthesized.The compositions and structures of complex were determined by elementary analysis,IR,TG-DTG.The fluorescence properties of the complex were also studied.The results show: the fluorescence intensity of complex are stronger than that of center ions;the fluorescence properties of complex of rare-earth nitrates are better than that of rare-earth chlorides and rare-earth perchlorate;the fluorescence intensity of Phen-complexes are stronger than that of Dipycomplexes;Tb3+ions display a very strong sensitization effect on Eu3+ions,and Eu3+ions shows a strong luminescence quenching effect on Tb3+ions.
