Abstract

During the development of coal industry,there are many severe problems which need be solved: for example,the frequently safety accidents in coal mine,the heavy coal corruption,the illogical coal industry construction and so on.Especially,the frequent safety accidents make the safety production situation in China the focus which be paid attention over the world.Therefore,to reinforce the legal system construct of the safety production in coal mine is a heavy duty.From analyzing the reason of safety accidents in coal mine,by comparing the law situation of safety production in coal mines in the world,several legislation suggestions of safety production in coal mine in China are put forward in this paper.
