Philosophical thinking on humane management

Abstract

The paper generalized the origin of humane management theory,and reflected the identification of humane nature character from western philosophy.Based on this,it analyzed the connotation of humane management and dug into the philosophical and practical value of humane management,so as to research into the essence of human resource management on philosophical level.
